Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal has been awarded with the esteemed honour of ‘Inspirational Polymath Award’ being an Image Scientist, a Pilot, a CEO and Entrepreneur, Creative Director, an Author and an Educationist amongst other hats that she wears. Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal is a ‘Bharat Book of World Records’, ‘Asia Book of Records’ and ‘India Book of Records’ holder of being the First Image Scientist in the World! She has been honoured at the prestigious World Education Summit & Awards 2018 with 'Inspirational Educator Award for Innovation'. She has been bestowed with the ‘National Award for Innovative Concept' and also been conferred with the esteemed honour of 'The Pride of Maharashtra'. She is the ALL India Chairperson for Image Management for the world’s largest women international organization.

Armed with a PhD in Image Management, four Masters Degrees in diverse areas and several other contrasting certifications to her credit, she has nearly three decades of work experience exploring a diverse career path in Aviation Education, Image Management, Information Technology, Advertising and Media. She is an expert on Image Management, Corporate & Soft Skills, Psychometrics, NLP, Communication Skills, Personality Development, Aviation and Customer Service.

Dr. Kuiljeit has been felicitated with many prestigious awards and accolades. She has been bestowed with the ‘Global Iconic Woman Leader Creating a Better World’ Award at the Global Women Economic Forum 2016, 'Exceptional Woman of Excellence 2018' at WEF 2018 and ‘Woman of Substance 2017’ Award. She was also awarded the 'Inorbit Woman Achiever Award of Inspiration 2016' for inspiring and making a positive difference to women and the youth of the nation. She has been awarded the Crest of Honour 'Pride 2013' by BVU and IMED for invaluable contribution to the Indian economy. She has also been awarded “Women Achiever Award 2012” for enterprise and remarkable performance in the world of education, by the JSPM Group of Institutes.

Apart from her core expertise areas, she is well versed with ISO Standards and Quality Management Systems. From being a Certified BAT 9 Interpreter and Associate Partner of Oscar Murphy International in Psychometrics to a certified NLP practitioner by ANLP UK, she has undergone training in Tony Buzan’s concept of ‘Mind Mapping’, and ‘Professional Selling’ by the National Institute of Sales. As Chairperson/Member on the Board of Studies of multiple universities she was instrumental in the introduction of BBA and MBA in Aviation in the country.

This innovative professional has also formulated unique training methodologies and curriculum application models as well as contributed to the creation of a few hundred educational books in Aviation, IT, Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Personality Development, Customer Service and English language skills. She has written research papers in Scopus indexed reputed international journals as well as book chapters for renowned publication houses like Springer. She is a Subject Matter Expert in Corporate and Soft Skills, Image Management, Grooming, Personality Development, Communication Skills, Aviation and Customer Service and has conducted many workshops at varied levels in companies and institutes as also mentored professionals and beauty pageant aspirants. Dr. Kuiljeit is a T3 Expert, apart from having trained and certified many academic heads and trainers in companies and higher education institutions. She has also conducted workshops for Management professionals at multiple levels for RBI, Deloitte, Aptech Ltd, NIA, Inorbit, Welspun, 109F, LIC, SETWIN, Compulearn Inc., MAAC Ltd, Pride Group amongst a host of others.

Dr. Kuiljeit has represented India as a Youth Ambassador to Canada on a development programme as well as the International South-East Asian Convention celebrating the Year of the Girl Child. She was nominated for the ‘Duke of Edinburgh’ Award for Social Service and Activities. She was also nominated for ‘AWWA Excellence Award’ for major contribution in the enhancement of Army Soldier’s wives in the context of making them self reliant. This versatile personality has also been part of national level athletics, theatre, national and international music and classical dance renditions and was also awarded the Silver as India’s Best NCC cadet. Dr. Kuiljeit has won three ADEX (Excellence in Advertising) Awards in her stint with advertising and has also been into anchoring, script writing, voice-overs, visualizing, singing for jingles, making of corporate films, documentaries and UGC programs for over two decades.

Dr. Kuiljeit often spends time educating poor children and trying to ensure inculcation of good values in them, and also teaching them not to beg, but live a life of self respect. She enjoys working towards women empowerment and leadership at all levels and is committed to women’s wellness, wealth and welfare. She happily bid adieu to her corporate employee label at the zenith of her career, because she had a calling to make a positive difference to the image of the youth of India. Her dream crystallized into reality with her dynamic mission, which she lovingly calls ‘Mission Possible’ to make a positive difference to the image of the youth and women of India. She has trained thousands of youth and faculty from the higher education segment as part of her ongoing mission. She aims to be able to reach out to every possible individual, especially girls who are relatively economically challenged, in this journey of hers and make a positive difference to their lives. This, in her words is ‘her duty’ to do something for her beloved country that made her whatever she is today; and later, advance beyond its geographical boundaries to the youth and women of the world. She has also made a positive difference to hundreds of women from all walks of life across India in building their self worth, image and confidence.
